o thou great beg! what thou art,

surpasses to know;

yet sure i a, that known to thee

are all thy works below

thy creature here before thee stands,

all wretched and distrest;

yet sure those ills that wrg y ul

obey thy high behest

sure, thou, alighty, canst not act

fro cruelty or wrath!

o, free y weary eyes fro tears,

or close the fast death!

but, if i t afflicted be,

to suit wise design,
